Hi, my name is Stephanie!
I developed my interest in Health and Wellness 5 years ago when I started struggling with a number of different health issues. They varied from migraines, hormonal imbalances which included excruciating period pain, fibroids, a cyst on my ovary, rashes and breakouts. More recently in 2024, whilst working in a corporate job, I suffered a severe burnout and chronic fatigue, which left me unable to work for 5 - 6 months.
I knew deep down that there was something going on internally that was causing the sudden emergence of all these things, and that they were likely all interconnected. I chose not to take medicines from the doctors as I knew they were only masking the symptoms and not getting to the root or the "why" behind it. I worked with Naturopathic Practitioners, Nutritionists, Chinese Medicine Practitioners and over the last 5 years have learnt so much about holistic healing.
I decided to take the plunge and sign up with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2023, so that I could learn more about Holistic Health and Wellness. I desired to share this knowledge with people, empowering and guiding them to better health outcomes, through a multidimensional approach (addressing emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health together). I later specialised in Hormone Health in 2024.
Throughout the last 5 years my own health issues have significantly improved and I am certain of the power within us to heal, when we address the above areas in our life. I had to address areas which were uncomfortable to do but got me to where I am today.
I guide you to get to the root of what is going on for you and address this through reviewing your nutrition, lifestyle and mindset towards your health and wellbeing. I empower you to make the changes necessary for you as an individual. We are all bio-individual and what works for one may not work for another. Together, we will find where your imbalances lie. We will embark on a journey of self-discovery where you are the healer of your life.
Through the coaching sessions you start to feel more connected to yourself, understand your goals and what you want to achieve, identify any obstacles you currently face and put plans in place for improvement.
My previous background
I worked in Children’s Social Care in the UK for 19 years. 14 years included managing a very busy team. During this time I gained deep knowledge and experience of the complexities working and managing different kinds of people, as well as liaising with service users within a Social Care environment.
The demands of this job eventually took their toll and started to affect my health.
I am also qualified in Psychology, Child Protection and Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Wellbeing.
Who Do i Help
I mainly help women 35+ who want to balance and manage their hormonal symptoms through holistic methods. Many women experience changes in their body from 35 onwards and post 40’s when peri-menopausal symptoms show up.

One of the very first areas I address is the nervous system and stress management. Your resilience to stress is very important and is a clear indicator of whether your nervous system is regulated or dysregulated. Hormones, nervous system health and weight management are very interconnected.

*Each coaching session takes place for 1 hour on a fortnightly basis and is held virtually.

What you can expect from the sessions?
Bespoke recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle and mindset practices according to your goals. This will be implemented gradually over the sessions, and we will review at each session.
Together we address your health holistically, encompassing emotional, mental, spiritual and physical aspects.
Stress management, relaxation techniques, as well as healthy, nutritious recipes.
Support via email/WhatsApp once a week between sessions.
I will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to continue the implementation of everything learnt through the sessions, to guarantee you better health and mental wellbeing even after the sessions.
Through supportive guidance and accountability, you will be empowered to break free from limiting beliefs and adopt a better mindset around your health and goals.

Individual sessions are available if you prefer not to commit to the packages above, priced at £40 per session. Most people start to see improvements with a minimum of 5 or 6 sessions. Holistic healing is not a quick fix and is not linear so this needs to be considered.
